The club enters multiple teams into the local Basingstoke and District League during both the Summer and Winter season.

Basingstoke & District Winter League 2007/08
Nine teams were entered into the Winter League: three Mens, one Ladies and three Mixed. All teams competed well and enjoyed playing league tennis.
Basingstoke & District Summer League 2007
Nine teams were entered into the Summer league: Four Mens, two Ladies and three Mixed. All teams again competed very strongly with some notable achievements. Congratulations to Phil Dixon's Mens 'A' who won Division 1, Rob Still's Mixed 'A' who also won Division 1, Jim Webb's Mens 'B' who were runner's up in Division 3, Chris Fowler's Ladies 'B' who were also runner's up in Division 3 and Simon Brenchley's Mixed 'B' who also ended the season runner's up in Division 2, which should see them gain back- to- back promotions. Well done to all!
Old Basing also entered a team into the Mens County League in the 2007 Summer Season, which was run by Mike Johnson. The team comprised A and B team players. An excellent result was achieved with a third place finish. A team will be entered again for the 2008 Season, Phil Clift has kindly volunteered to run this.
I would like to thank all the team Captains who have worked so hard organizing their teams, their effort is much appreciated by the Committee and players alike.
The Summer will soon be upon us and we are looking forward to another enjoyable league season. Nine teams have again been registered for the 2008 Summer season: four Mens, two Ladies and three Mixed. The Mens 'D' team has again been entered to give Juniors a chance to play league Tennis. Thanks to David Arnold for continuing to run this team and thus give the Juniors this opportunity.
